Celebrating the founding principles of the Republic, "Liberty Heritage" is set on a back drop of the Constitution with a center piece featuring an early militia man and a frontiersman kneeling on a map of these United States with the capitol in the background.  The clock on the dome is close to midnight.  The Second Amendment is written below with quotes by signers of the Constitution regarding the right to bear arms.  Eighteen antique guns are detailed in a second border with the fifty state flags around the outside border.
